Welcome to my new blog!
Posted: June 8th, 2009 | Author: Erin E. Sullivan | Filed under: Miscellaneous | 8 Comments »For many years I have blogged. I first started out at Blogger in middle school, then moved to LiveJournal in high school, then moved to MySpace in the beginning of college, and now I’m amongst the elite of bloggers: WordPress.
I plan to dedicate this blog for graphic design related articles only. No more life updates, no more rants (unless it’s related to graphic design, of course), and no more nonsense. This blog shall reflect myself as a graphic designer and hopefully help teach and/or inspire those that will be reading this. So for those of you who are now my followers, I welcome you to my little corner of my nerdy life.
Yay for no live journal like posts! This could be a great resource for designers, especially considering all of the work I’ve seen you do so far.
Looking forward to it!
[SPAM] Now go to my website, readers of Erin’s blog: http://www.trevoramueller.com
Your name typography is red.
Your twitter typography is big.
Your layout design is simple.
All textual and not pictoral.
Black and white.
You’re centrally located with navigational controls on the right.
I like you.
Haha, thanks, guys. I appreciate it.
I am interested in reading about your escapades in graphic design. It’s something I’m very interested in, being in book publishing and all. And though I work with designers and typesetters all the time, graphic design is almost like a foreign language to me–love to listen to it but don’t understand the actual words. Make sense? Anyway, I’ll be linking to you from my blog, so you better update often!
Alicia: Thanks!
My goal is to update once a week. I have many articles in mind. I need to start writing and outlining all of them (I’m actually getting ready to write my first official post as I type this). I’ll definitely be sure to link you as well.
this is not spam
Cool, I still have my Live Journal site. Do you?
George: There is no spoon.
Sam: I do, but just to read people’s updates. I never post on it anymore unless it’s an absolute dire emergency or life update. It’s been a year since I’ve last made an update.
